RETURN POLICY
RemoteStore.in offers REPLACEMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY ON THE product/s ordered on remotestore.in. This means that within 7 days from the date of delivery, you can ask for a replacement of the product/s subject to the following terms and conditions:
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product to the address below. You should safely pack the order and ship it back to us using a reputed courier service with pre-paid shipping. The product has to be in UNUSED condition and saleable. Please mention your invoice and order number on the package so that we can identify your return and process the replacement/refund correctly. We would not accept any returns which are not sent with shipping charges pre-paid.
You can ask for a replacement of product/s in case of any defect found in the product or not suitable, and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.
Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with remotestore.in and notification of the same within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by remotestore.in ONLY.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
RemoteStore.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so under situations where RemoteStore.in is not able to meet the requirements of the order placed or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the RemoteStore.in policy or for any other reason. However, RemoteStore.in will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order is intimated within the appropriate time to the concerned person, and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
